3D Profiling

Water Jet
Our water jet cuts at 60,000 PSI, cutting through anything from 1/32” rubber to battleship armor. Unlike heat and blade cutting methods, water jets don’t heat up the material or cause stress damage. Our on hand programmers have the experience and know-how to even avoid delamination in composite materials, a common occurance that can be avoided with the right programing and layout.
Fabrication and Welding
Our highly skilled welders can perform a variety of welding jobs in-house, including:
